featuring Gina's Northern (way northern) Italian Mushroom Lasagna She makes her own sheets of pasta from "OO" Italian four - very delicate, filled with Porcini, Shiitake and Portobello mushrooms and topped with a gorgonzola béchamel sauce . All scratch cooking - Bellissimo! This Special Sunday Supper Plate will be served throughout the day in addition to our regular Winery menu. Winery Opens at 11:30am and closes at 5pm (to get ready for Sunday Evening's Live Comedy Event, Sam Miller - that zany irreverent Comedian!)
